Media and Interactives Help

This site relies heavily on video and interactive media by using the FREE QuickTime and Flash plugins, which are available for most browsers.

If you are using Internet Explorer 5 or greater on the Windows operating system, there is an Active X control that you must download from the Apple web site before you can view embedded Quicktime media. Go to Apple's QuickTime troubleshooting section and follow the directions provided.

If your video has sound but no image, you probably have QuickTime version 4 without the correct video compression codecs. Please download and install QuickTime 5 or greater.

If your video stops in the middle of playback, most likely it will resume playback when more of the video is downloaded. Please be patient-video on the web can take a lot of time depending on your connection speed.
